STEP 3: Rear Cab & Bed Side Bar Mounting Cont. Place the connected Bed Side Bar [A] and Rear Cab Bar [Fg. 6] [B] into the front passenger side corner of the pickup truck. Be sure to push the carrier as far in the corner of the truck bed as possible.
STEP 6: Spin Pin Installation Using one (1) 1/2” Washer [L], thread the Spin Pin [S] through the Stem [H] Socket and tighten until the Stem is fully secure. [Fg. 11] NOTE: The Spin Pin [S] must always be inserted through the side of the Socket that where the bushing protrudes outwards.
STEP 9: Wing Assembly Cont. Insert two (2) Upper Wheel Cradles [M] with Rubber Straps [P] facing in [Fg. 14] opposite directions into the two (2) Cradle Housing [R] installed above the foam bumpers on each Wing [Q] as shown. [Fg. 14] Secure each Upper Wheel Cradle [M] with a Retainer Clip [S].

STEP 12: Lock Rack to the Vehicle with 60” Cable Using the 60in Cable (with Ball Stop) [U], start by inserting the small loop through an available slot located at the furthest end of the Rear Cab Bar [B]. [Fg. 18 & 19] [Fg.

Operation: Securing Bicycles Hang bicycles by the tires on the Upper Wheel [Fg. 24] Cradles [M] with chain rings to the outside. [Fg. 23 & 24] IMPORTANT: For two bicycles, position the bicycles facing in opposite directions (front-to-back/back-to-front) with the chain ring to the outside.

Locking Bicycles To Rack Unlock the Spin Pin [K] and remove the 72” Cable (with the Large Loop) [V] from the Spin Pin. Weave the 72” Cable [V] through the frame of the bicycle. Re-secure the 72in Cable [V] back onto the Spin Pin [K] and re-lock the assembly.

WARNING: Always secure each bicycle with all four connections points (two Upper Wheel Cradles & two Lower Cradles). Do not operate the vehicle unless all connection points are tight and secured. Failure to follow bicycle mounting procedure may result in damage to carrier, damage to property, bodily injury or death. WARNING: Always check and confirm all truck mounting points are tight and fully secure before each transit.
