Toner comes off due to rubbing

Possible causes
The media weight is set
incorrectly.
Solution
Wipe it with soft tissue paper.
Replace with new paper.
Check the roll paper
specifications and use the paper
described in the roll paper
specifications.
Solution
Set an appropriate value for
[Media Weight] in the user-
defined paper settings of the
printer driver. Alternatively,
increase the setting value for
[Media Weight].
If you do not use the printer
driver, click [MENUS] - [FEEDER
CONFIG] - [MEDIAWEIGHT] on
the operator panel, and set an
appropriate value. Alternatively,
increase the setting value for
[MEDIAWEIGHT].
