Controller LED Status Indicators

The Controller LEDs show Controller status as follows:
Color
Solid Green
Solid Red
Blinking Green
Blinking Red
Solid Amber
Blinking Amber (3 sec)
LEDs are displayed according to the following priorities:
Error supersedes Alarm.
Override supersedes Alarm and/or Error.
Blink supersedes Override, Alarm, and/or Error.
