Aligning and configuring
7.1 Aligning antennas
Procedure
Follow these steps to fundamentally align the antennas to the top read point (Readpoint_1):
1. Position an object on the conveyor system in such a way that the transponder of the object
is approx. 20 cm behind the CB Gate.
Note that the exact alignment of the antennas depends on the height of the objects on
the conveyor system. When positioning, make sure that the transponder of the object is at
the top.
2. Align the antennas ① and ② to the transponder.

3. Open the WBM of the reader and switch to the menu "Settings > Align antenna".
4. In the "Basic settings", select the antenna ① and click the button "Start alignment".
5. Align the antenna ① in such a way that it detects the transponder with the highest and
most stable RSSI value possible during each read operation.
6. Secure the antenna ①.
7. Click on the "Stop alignment" button.
8. Repeat steps 4 to 7 for the antenna ②.
