The heating boiler has been designed and manufactured in accordance with applicable norms and standards, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

    METAL-FACH Heating Technology General information (User) The Operation and Maintenance Documentation is one of the parts of the product, delivered with the purchased central heating boiler. The Operation and Maintenance Documentation contains data on the construction, assembly and use of SEMAX OPTI boilers. Careful reading of the contents of the operating manual ensures correct and safe use of our boiler.

    METAL-FACH Heating Technology Application (User | Installer) The boiler is designed to supply heat to central heating systems (radiators and floors) and to obtain domestic hot water. The boiler should operate at its full rated power in a system with a buffer storing excess heat. The figure shows an example of a boiler with a buffer.

Ensuring an inflow of a sufficient amount of fresh air to the boiler room will enable efficient combustion of the fuel. ATTENTION! Avoid excess carbon dioxide build-up in the room.

Leveling the boiler is facilitated by adjustable feet. The boiler must be vertical.

    METAL-FACH Heating Technology Choosing a chimney In most cases, the approximate method or selection according to the chimney manufacturer's diagrams is sufficient to select a chimney. In special cases (unfavorable pressure and temperature dependencies, large flue gas volume), chimneys are calculated in accordance with PN-EN 13384-1 + A2: 2008.
  • Page 27 METAL-FACH Heating Technology The SEMAX OPTI boiler is a bottom combustion boiler, i.e. the exhaust outlet from the charging chamber is located in the lower part, next to the grate itself. Smoke exhaust hatch in the upper part of the boiler; it is used only for smoke extraction from the chamber when refilling fuel while the boiler is in operation and can never be used as a convection channel during combustion.
