Troubleshoot as for an E0 error
Notes:
1. Check LED1 on the main PCB. If LED1 is on, the main PCB is powered on, if LED1 is off, the main PCB is powered off. Refer to Figure 5-2.2 in Part 5, 2.3.1
"Layout".
