Functioning Properly
REMEDY
Cooler plugged; clean tubes. If plugging per-
sists, install water conditioner. (water-cooled).
Low fluid level; add fluid.
Clogged filter; change the fluid filter element
if maintenance indicator shows red, and/or
dP2 on controller indicates high dP.
Thermal valve not functioning properly;
replace element.
Cooling air flow restricted; clean cooler and
check for proper ventilation (air-cooled).
Ambient temperature too high; provide suffi-
cient ventilation (air-cooled).
RTD probe out of calibration, or bad RTD.
Replace if necessary.
Clogged filter; replace fluid filter element
Check water lines and valves (water-cooled).
Check service lines for leaks or open valves.
Check the filter indicator and change or clean
element if required.
Check diaphragm and replace if necessary
(kit available).
Check that the piston is moving freely.
Repair or replace.
Check for leaks.
Repair or replace if necessary (kit available).
Check that sump pressure is exhausted to
the atmosphere when the unload pressure
setting on Supervisor is met, or repair or
replace if necessary (kit available).
Clean strainer (screen and o-ring replace-
ment kit available).
Clean orifice.
Change separator elements.
