  • Page 3 ASSEMBLY STEP 1 Assemble tower frame (1), main frame (7), connecting tube (9), curl support tube(11),)fixing plate (20) and fixing plate (21), using flat washer(63) , spring washer(64),lock nut hex M10(65), hex head bolt M10x25(66), hex head bolt M10x75(68), hex head bolt M10x100(69) and hex head bolt M10x125(70).
  • Page 4 STEP 2 Install cam support (5) to tower frame (1), using flat washer (63), spring washer (64) and hex head bolt M10x25 (66). Do not tighten the bolts and nuts at this step. Insert long Axis (16) into cam support(5),cam (2), leg cushion frame (3), curl support tube (11), then fix the long Axis(16) using ending cap (29) and flat head, allen bolt (81).

  • Page 7 STEP 5 Fix back cushion (37) to the adjusting tube (8) using 2 flat washers(63) and 2 pan head Allen bolt M10x25(66), then remove hex head bolt M8x25(71) from main frame(7), install adjusting tube(8) to right position ,fixed the hex head bolt M8x25(71); Fix cushion (36) to main frame (7) using 4 flat washer (63) and 4 hex head bolt M10x25 (66).

  • Page 9 STEP 7 Remove the terminal (59) from selector shaft (25). Remove 2 pan head Allen bolt M10x25 (72), 2 spring washer (64) and 2 flat washers (63) from guide-rod (22). Incline the guide-rod (22) as shown in the drawing and then remove the combination of the top weight stack (24) and selector shaft (25).
