PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT Follow these guidelines to maintain perfect operation of the equipment. Note: For your convenience and quick access, the same information is applied in the product, sticker fixed on tower.

ASSEMBLY STEP 1 Assemble Tower Frame (1) to Main Frame (2) using Connecting Tube (11) and Connecting Tube (10). To fix it use, 14 Flat Washer(75), 2 Spring Washer (93) 6 Lock Nuts Hex M10(79), 2 Hex Head Bolts M10x25(76), 2 Hex Head Bolts M10x125(78), 2 Hex Head Bolt M10x100(91) 1 Fixing Plate(28) and 1 Fixing Plate(27).

STEP 2 Assembly Chain(30) to Adjusting Lever(13), and then fix to Right Swing Frame(5) using 1 Pan Head Allen Bolt M8x40(87), 4 Flat Washer(73), 1 Lock Nut Hex M8(86). Using the right tools tighten bolt and nut properly. Nº English description RIGHT SWING FRAME ADJUSTING LEVER CHAIN...

STEP 3 Assemble Handle Bar (14) to Seat Frame (3) using 2 Hex Head Bolt M10x75 (80), 4 Flat Washer (75), 1 Fixing Plate (28) and 2 Lock Nut Hex M10 (79). Fix Seat Cushion (39) using 2 Hex Head Bolt M10x25 (76), 2 Flat Washer (75).

STEP 5 Fix 2 Base Cover (54) to Tower Frame (1) using 4 Pan Head Phillips Bolt M6x15 (83) and using the right tools tighten properly the bolts. Fix 2 Front Side Face (52) into Tower Frame (1) using 8 Pan Head Phillips Bolt M6x15 (82). Nº...

STEP 6 Remove Cable (50) from Selector Shaft (18), remove 2 Pan Head Allen Bolt M10x25 (95), 2 Spring Washer (93) and 2 Flat Washer (75) from Guide-rod (26). Incline Guide-rod (26), as shown in the drawing above, and then remove the combination of Top Weight Stack (46) and Selector Shaft (18).

STEP 7 Fix 2 Side Face (52) in the back of Tower Frame (1) using 8 Pan Head Phillips Bolt M6x15 (83). Insert 2 Front Cover (55) and 1 Back Cover (56) into Tower Frame (1). Screw Bolt 60*M6 (36) on the front of Tower Frame (1), Fix 2 Front Cover (55) to Bolt 60*M6 (36) onto Tower Frame (1), using M6*20 Bolt (100), Big Washer (102), Small Washer (103), and extra Big Washer (103).

STEP 9 Disassemble Pulley (63) and Pulley (64) then put the cable into Pulley (64) and Pulley (63). Install Pulley (64) to Main Frame (2) using 1 Pan Head Allen Bolt M10x50 (84), 1 Flat Washer (75). Assemble Pulley (63) in the pulley support using 1 Pan Head Allen Bolt M10x65 (96), 1 Flat Washer (79).
