    ASSEMBLY STEP 1 91 81 94 91 91 84 83 91 91 84 91 91 Assemble tower frame (1), to the lower main frame (3) connect using connecting tube (2). Fix using 8 flat washer(91), 4 lock nut hex M10(94), 2 hex head bolt M10x100(83) and 2 hex head bolt M10x125(84) 1 fixing plate(28) and 1 fixing plate(29).Assemble the connecting tube(9) with the tower frame(1), using 2 flat washer(91), 2 spring washer(88) and 2 hex head bolt M10x25(80).
  • Page 11 STEP 3 91 94 91 80 91 80 84 91 Assemble the upper main frame (7) to the lower main frame (3) and front main frame (10), using 12flat washer (91), 6 lock nut hex M10 (94) and 6 hex head bolt M10x125 (84). Connect upper main frame (7) to the connecting tube (9), using 4 flat washers (91), 2 lock nut hex M10 (94) and 2 hex head bolt M10x75 (82).In this step tighten all the bolts and nuts, including the bolts and nuts of the steps 1 and 2.
  • Page 12 STEP 5 Detach from the seat frame (5), bush (27), 2 trolleys (28) of lower part, 2 pan head Allen bolt M10x100 (75). Assemble the structure of the step 4 to the guide tube(4), then insert back on seat frame(5) and fix with bush(27), trolley(28), 2 pan head Allen bolt M10x100(75) in the same place.
  • Page 13 STEP 7 Remove cable (18) from selector shaft (38), remove 2 pan head Allen bolt M10x25 (71), 2 spring washer (88) and 2 flat washers (91) from guide-rod (30). Incline the guide-rod (30), as shown in the drawing above and then, remove the combination top weight stack (37) and selector shaft (38).
  • Page 14 STEP 9 Fix 4 side faces (47) in the tower frame (1) using 20 pan head Phillips bolt M6x15 (65), 2 in the front and 2 in the back. Using right tools tighten bolts properly. Insert 2 front cover (49) in the front side of the tower frame (1). Insert the back cover (48), in the back side of the tower frame (1).

    PROCEDURE TO ASSEMBLY THE UP COVER 1º Insert two screws M6x15 (2) one in each side as show the image. Adjust the screws, but not tighten completely. 2º Using your fingers thumbs, adjust the top of the cover and pay attention to press exactly upon the 4 mortises, as show the image.
