운전준비 / Preparations for Operation
포장상자를 열고 공작기계에 장착하여 운전에 들어가기 전 다음의 모든
점에 주의하여 준비 및 시운전을 해주십시오.
5-1 설치
설치
1 운반은 아이볼트에 강도가 충분한 로프를 걸고 충격을 주지 않도록 신
중하게 운반하십시오.
2 공작기계의 테이블 표면과 Tail Stock의 설치 기준면에 날카로운 부위나
흠집이 없는 것을 확인하며 청소해주십시오.
3 작업에 가장 적합한 위치에 설치해 주십시오. 설치 기준면의 가이드 블록을
공작기계의 테이블 홈에 끼워 넣습니다. T홈부와 가이드 블록과의 틈
이 큰 경우에는 한쪽으로 가까이 붙여 설치해주십시오.
4 클램프 액세서리를 사용하여 공작기계에 견고하게 고정해주십시오.
제거
1 Tail Stock에 설치된 고정 센터를 분리하고, 함께 설치된 부속 액세서
리를 분리 및 제거해 주십시오.
2 제거는 설치 방법과 동일하게 아이볼트에 강도가 충분한 로프를 걸고
충격을 주지 않도록 운반하십시오.
3 테이블에서 Tail Stock을 분리한 후에 안전한 장소에 보관합니다.

WARNING

Tail Stock을 운반할 때 균형을 유지한 상태에서 운반해주시기 바랍니다.
균형을 유지 할 수 없는 상태에서 이동하면 제품이 손상되거나 추락할 수 있
으므로 매우 위험하니 주의해주십시오.
설치 자리를 유효하게 확인하고 클램프 기구의 볼트를 규정 토크로 조여서
설치하시기 바랍니다

Unpack the delivered product, and conduct the following preparations
and tests before installing it on the machine
tool for production.
5-1 Installation
Installation
1 For transport, attach a rope with sufficient strength to the eye
bolt and carry it carefully so as not to impact it.
2 Clean the table surface of the machine tool and the installation
surface of the tail stock, making sure that there are no sharp
edges or scratches.
3 Please install it in the best location for your work. Insert the guide
block on the installation plane into the table groove of the ma
chine. If there is a big gap between the T-home and the guide
block, put it close to one side and install it.
4 Secure the machine with clamp accessories.
Uninstall
1 Remove the fixing center installed on the tail stock, and remove
and remove the accessory accessories installed together.
2 For removal, attach a rope with sufficient strength to the eye
bolt and transport it so that it does not shock.
3 Remove the tail stock from the table and store it in a safe place.

WARNING
Please carry the tail stock in balance when transporting the
tail stock. Please be aware that moving in an unbalanced
condition can damage or cause the product to crash, which
is very dangerous.
Validly check the installation position and tighten the bolts
of the clamping apparatus to the required torque.
