About the Interface Panel

The interface panel is located on the back of the printer.
Optional SCSI Optional Interface
USB Port Ethernet Port Parallel Port
Ethernet Port
Using a twisted-pair (RJ45) Ethernet cable, connect the Ethernet port on
the printer to a 10BaseT/100BaseTX network connection.
Optional Interface
Optional network interfaces such as Token-Ring are installed here.
Optional SCSI
An optional SCSI daughterboard can be installed here. One SCSI device,
such as a Zip drive, is allowed.
Parallel Port
Using a Centronics IEEE 1284 bidirectional parallel cable, connect the
parallel port on the printer to the parallel port on your computer.
USB Port (Type B)
Using a USB cable, connect the USB port on the printer to the USB port
on your computer.
