Installation
Twin Bin Fill Cap Kit (Model 108, 90, & 75)
1.Place the Sponge Tubing (Item 9) over the lip of the bin fill collar.
2.Bolt the two Tube Anchor Weldments (Item 5) to the same side of the Cover Weldment (Item 10).
3.Install the Tube Anchor Weldment (Item 5) on the outside of the Bin Cover Weldment (Item 10).
4.Set the Cover Weldment over the bin opening in line with the supply bin.
5.Install the auger tubes from the boot on the supply bin to the Cover Weldment.
6.Use a Tube Clamp (Item 6) to secure the auger tube(s) to the Tube Anchor Weldment(s).
7.Attach the Driver Assembly (Item 8) to the gearhead output shaft. DO NOT TIGHTEN THE BOLTS.
8.Bolt the Gearhead Assembly to the Cover Weldment.
9.Drill holes and fasten the Cover Weldment to the bin fill collar with the 5/16" x 1-1/2" bolts and locknuts
supplied.
10.Install the auger as specified in the fill system installation manual.
DANGER: Springing Auger
Use caution when working with Auger. Springing Auger may cause
personal injury.
11.Place the Lid Assembly (Item 2) on the Cover Weldment and secure using
the over center clamps (Item 4).
12.Model 90 Fill Cap Kit and the Model 75 Fill Cap Kit, mount the Junction
Box Assembly to a bin leg using the supplied hardware.
13.Wire the Junction Box Assembly to the system according to the diagram. See "Single and Twin Bin Fill
Cap Wiring" on page 13.
