Envelopes are not reaching the correct feed position
There are three likely reasons the envelope is not reaching the correct feed position:
1. The side guides on the feeder discharge are too close together, "Squeezing" the envelope and
preventing the envelope from feeding all the way down the envelope feeder discharge (see below).
