Before You Start
Ensure the SIM/UIM card and antenna are properly installed to your device.

Ensure your SIM/UIM card is valid.
●
Steps
1. Go to Configuration → Wireless → Dial Settings .
2. Turn on Enable Dial.
3. Optional: Turn on Enable 4G to enable 4G network. The device will use 3G if Enable 4G is
unchecked.
4. Optional: Click Dial Parameters to set specified APN (Access Point Name) network parameters,
including User Name, Password, etc.
5. Set online schedule for wireless dial.
1) Click Dial Schedule.
2) Click Edit.
3) Select a day of the week.
4) Set the online period for the day. Up to 8 periods are allowed for a day.
5) Set the online period for other days. You can click Copy to copy the period to other days.
6) Click OK.
6. Set keep alive parameters. A keep alive (KA) is a message sent by one device to another to check
that the link between the two is operation or to prevent the link from being broken.
1) Enable keep alive.
2) Set Test Interval (min). The interval is the duration between two successive keep alive
retransmissions if acknowledgment to the previous keep alive transmission is not received.
3) Enter server IP address in Server.
4) Click Test to test if the settings are valid.
7. Click Apply.
