Unplug the unit

Failure to disconnect power
from the unit before servicing
could result in severe bodily
injury or death. The ON/OFF
Switch does not disconnect
incoming power to the unit.
Refer to Crown Removal steps. Page 18.

Remove top cover by removing (4) screws. There are

(2) screws on each side of the unit.
Cut (4) zip ties.

Remove/Replace High Limit Switch

WARNING
Remove (2) main platen bolts.

Remove intermediate support from platen. This will
6
include (2) screws, (4) spacers, and (1) heat guard.
Remove (4) 3/8" nuts on left side of unit to release the
7
(4) springs.
Standing from the rear side of the unit, slide the platen
8
to the left, until the probe cover is revealed.
