Assembly Instructions NOTE: What we are about to describe is an standard assembly procedure. Each person, based on their experience and on the tools they have to work with, may vary the assembly steps to suit their needs. Always use great caution because the assembly steps are dangerous.

Assembly sequence (MKE/14-16) 2) DANGER Lay the hose 2 along the drawbar following the A points where the existing hose is fixed until the female end of the same is in the center of B machine’s frame. Now, after having removed the existing screws, lock at A points the hose 2 with the collars 3 and screws 4.

Assembly sequence (MKE/18-20) 3) DANGER Lay the hose 2 along the drawbar following the A points where the existing hose is fixed until the female end of the same is in the center of B machine’s frame. Now, after having removed the existing screws, lock at A points the hose 2 with the collars 3 and screws 4.

4) DANGER Now, making sure that hoses 1 follow a way without twistings, tighten the collars 6 with the screws 7. Note: the hoses 1 in the area F must be free to extend in the moment when the machine’s frame is enlarged. Where it is necessary, lock the hoses 1 with the clamps 8. Now (see points 1-2-3) tighten completely the hose 2.

5) DANGER Remove the nut 1 and the screw 2, separate the cylinder 3 from the pipe 4 and remove the washer 5. (The washer 5 won’t be reused). 6) DANGER The control group 1 will arrive already assembled from the manufacturer: it is composed by bushing 2, the ring nut 3 and the outer bushing 4.
USE AND MAINTENANCE 7) IMPORTANT !! With the double-acting lift cylinders the handle 1 must be removed from the machine because, if it remains positioned on the support’s holes (except the the starting one A), there would be serious damages to the machine. It can also be positioned on the initial hole A but we don’t suggest it to avoid someone inadvertenly or mistakenly move the handle 1 on the holes subsequent to the first.

9) ATTENTION To adjust the group 1 is necessary, using the proper tools, loosen the nut 3. Now turn the sleeve 4 on the A direction if you want decrease the pressure on the ground in the direction of the whhels or in the B direction if you want to increase. Once you will have done the regulation, tighten the nut ring 3.
