5.2.3 HICAPS logon test
From the home screen, tap the Support icon, then tap HICAPS logon test to perform a
HICAPS logon test. The terminal will display a message from NAB (Test successful) if the
terminal can communicate.
Tap close to return to the Support menu.
5.2.4 Manager passcode
An administration passcode is used to modify some terminal settings and to set and
change manager passcodes used for refunds etc. The admin and manager passcodes will
be set up at installation of the terminal. The Manager passcode can only be changed by
contacting the Merchant Help Desk on 1300 650 852.
Passcodes cannot repeat the same digit more than 3 times.
Passcodes cannot enter digits in sequential order.
Manager passcode must be 6 characters in length.
Users should only provide the administration passcode to individuals on a need-to-know
basis.
The terminal will enforce a temporary lockout after three or more unsuccessful passcode
attempts.

To enable the beeping sounds on the HICAPS TRINITY keypad, follow these steps:
