POSSIBLE CAUSES
Washing with too much
water.
Incorrect loading

clothes. This has caused
splashing.
Large, bulky item is being
washed.
Lint givers washed with lint
collectors
Overloading the washer.
Not enough detergent to
hold the lint in suspension.
Over-drying in a dryer can
cause a build-up of static
electricity in synthetic
fabrics and cause them to
attract lint.
Overloading the washer.
Too much detergent used.
Incorrect detergent used.
Detergent not dissolving.
WHAT TO DO
Under-loading can cause the clothes to tangle around
one another. Increase the size of the load.
Do not load the washer by wrapping items around the
agitator, eg place items, especially sheets, in the bowl
as loose parcels.
Ensure correct inlet water pressure and flow rate as
per installation instructions.
Check inlet hoses and the drain hose are correctly
attached and not damaged.
Select a lower water level.
Large, bulky items (eg pillows,duvets) can cause
splashing. Wash on

Wash lint givers (eg towels, flannelette sheets)
separately from lint collectors (eg synthetic fabrics)
Try reducing your load size.
Enure the amount of detergent is appropriate for the
load being washed.
Reduce the drying time of your items.
Try reducing your load size.
Try using less detergent.
Some detergents need to be pre-dissolved before
being added to the washer. Check the detergent
instructions.
Cold ambient temperatures, cold washes and/or
short agitation times may not allow the detergent to
dissolve properly. Try pre-dissolving the detergent
before adding it to the machine.
