MEMORY OPERATION

■ Copying memory contents

This function transfers a memory channel's contents to VFO
(or another memory channel). This is useful when searching
for signals near a memory channel frequency and for recalling
the subaudible tone frequency, etc.
[EXAMPLE]: Transferring the contents of memory channel 30 to VFO.

Push
to select memory mode.
S.MW
Rotate
for selecting memory channel.
D Memory➪VFO
qSelect the desired band's (left or right) memory channel to
be transferred.
➥ Push the desired band's [VFO/MR•S.MW] several times
to select memory mode, then rotate the same band's
[DIAL] to select the desired memory channel.
• "!" and memory channel number appear.
wPush and hold [VFO/MR•S.MW] for 3 sec. to transfer the
selected memory channel contents to VFO mode.
• VFO mode is selected automatically.
