SET MODE

D D AFC setting

Turns AFC (Automatic Frequency Control) function ON and

OFF.

D D Filter setting

Select the IF ﬁlter passband width from 3, 6, 15, 50 and 230

kHz (depending on the selected mode.)

D D Weather alert function

Turns weather alert function ON and OFF.

(default: OFF)

U.S.A./CANADA versions only

D D IF shift frequency setting

Select the IF shift frequency up to ±25 steps (in 1 step: 50

Hz).

This item appears when the receive mode is selected SSB or

CW mode only.

Center position (default)

D D Sub band setting

Turns the sub band setting ON and OFF.

: Dualwatch operation. (default)

• OF

: Single band operation or diversity operation.
