Rear Brake Pad Replacement
To change the rear brake pads on your Mini-Motorbike please follow the instructions below:
(A) Calliper bolts (2)
(B) Calliper assembly
(C) Brake pad
Rear Brake Pad Replacement Procedure:
1. Remove the rear wheel.
2. Unscrew the pair of calliper bolts (A)
3. Remove the calliper assembly (B).
4. Pull the brake pads (C) out of the calliper
5. Insert a set of new brake pads into the calliper's mouth (fit the smaller pad to the calliper piston and
slide the larger pad into the inside of the calliper assembly).
6. Screw the calliper assembly into place. Tighten the calliper's bolts
7. Replace the calliper dust seals and test the brake lever repeatedly..
