Preventing inadvertent ignition

You can use one of the following two methods
to ensure that your fi replace will not turn on
unexpectedly.
• Press the O button on the manual on/off switch on
the gas valve under the fi replace, behind the cover
or fret*.
*Ensure to press the
fi replace in operation.
• Alternately, remove all batteries from the battery
holder in the control area (see next page), and the
handset.
Automatic shut-off (in certain conditions)
Your fi replace's remote control is equipped with an
automatic shut-off mechanism which is activated
in certain conditions. See Remote Control Operation
at Appendix A or valorfi replaces.com/remotes
description of this feature.
