Different factors can influence the heart rate reading. The heart rate readings are only meant as a guide for training. There are three heart rate programs available to choose from.

Error codes and troubleshooting The electronics of the crosstrainer are continually running tests. In case of deviations, an error code is shown on the display and normal operation is stopped for your safety. No values were received during the body fat analysis.
