This manual is prepared for the use of trained Service Technicians and
should not be used by those not properly qualified. If you have attended
a trianing for this product, you may be qualified to perform all the proce-
dures in this manual.
This manual is not intended to be all encompassing. If you have not
attended a training for this product, you should read, in its entirety, the
repair procedure you wish to performto determine if you have the neces-
sary tools, instruments and skills required to perform the procedure.
Procedures for which you do not have the necessary tools, instruments
and skills should be performed by a trained technician.
Reproduction or other use of this Manual, without the express written

This manual covers the Multi Deck 25 and 40 Hot and the Classic Deck Hot and Cold series merchan- diser cabinets. The cabinets come in two sizes, 25 and 40 inches. • Multi Deck 25 Hot - Merchandiser 25 Inches wide. • Multi Deck 40 Hot - Merchandiser 40 Inches wide. -

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS UNPACKING AND REMOVING THE UNIT FROM THE PALLET Immediately after unpacking the merchandiser, check for possible shipping damage. If the merchan- diser is found to be damaged, save the packaging material and contact the carrier within 15 days of delivery. - Page 6 1. Carefully tilt the unit slightly 2. Remove transport safety shelfs (3x) LOCATION/AIRGRID The merchandiser must be installed on a level surface. The installation location must allow adequate clearances for servicing and proper operation. Take care that a free airflow around the top is secured. This is to prevent the electronic ballast for overheating. -

CASTERS Each merchandiser is furnished on 4 casters of 3 1/8”. The Multi Deck 25 hot and Classic Deck hot & cold have 2 rigid casters on the back side and 2 locking swivel casters on the customer side. The Multi Deck 40 hot is furnished with 2 swivel casters on the back side and 2 locking swivel casters on the cus- tomer side. -
