4.7.2 Replacement of Motor Units

! Ensure 230V supply is isolated before commencing work on the product.
- Only the smaller Gas Heater utilises a single

motor system, the rest will have the pictured dual
motor assembly (combustion fan motor and blown
air fan motor). The blown air fan motor can be
replaced without removing the solenoid.
- remove the 8 T20 screws to replace the end

cap combustion motor assembly.

pattern on the 8 T20 screws,
orange gasket is in place

torque. Recommended torque setting of
4 Nm.
