Dear customer
Please read carefully this manual, in order to familiarise with your new boiler and optimise appreciation of independent heating system
and instant hot water production.
It will help you properly use your new appliance, as well as provide for a regular maintenance.
After reading, keep it with care, as it can be useful for further reading.
A.
The instruction manual is integral to the product and must be kept
with care, always accompanying the appliance. In case of loss or
damage, ask for a new copy to the Technical service. Boiler
installation, as well as any other service or maintenance operation
must be performed by qualified personnel.
• Boiler must only be used for purpose specified by Manufacturer.
Neither contract responsibility nor responsibility not laid by the
contract is recognised for damages to people, animals or things
due to installation, adjustment and maintenance errors or misuse.
• Boiler safety or automatic adjustment devices can only be
modified by Manufacturer or Supplier, for the whole system life.
• This appliance produces hot water; then, it must be connected
to a heating system and to a DHW distribution network, in
compliance with its performance and power.
• In case of water leaks, close water supply and immediately call
qualified personnel of Technical service.
• In case of long absence, close gas supply and switch off electric
supply general switch.
• If frost risk is expected, remove water in the boiler.
• Check every now and then to make sure the working pressure
of the water system has not dropped to below 1 bar.
• In case of fault or malfunction of appliance, deactivate it; do not
try to repair it and do not act on it directly in any way.
• Appliance maintenance is to be performed at least once a year.
Schedule it on time with Technical service.

• Only use appliance for purposes it is devoted to.
• Do not touch appliance with wet body parts and/or bare feet.
• Do not obstruct suction or dissipation grids, as well as venting
opening of room where boiler is installed with rags, papers or
other.
• If you smell gas, do not act on electric switches, telephone or
any other object producing sparks. Vent room by opening doors
and windows and close gas central cock.
• Do not lean any object on the boiler.
• Before cleaning, disconnect appliance from electric supply
network.
• Do not block or reduce the size of the ventilation openings in the
room
• Do not let any container and flammable containers in the room
where appliance is installed.
• Do not try to repair in any way.
• It is dangerous to pull or twist electric wires.
• It is recommended not to let children or inexpert people use the
appliance.
• Do not tamper with sealed elements.

The boiler must be started for the first time by qualified staff.
If you wish to switch on the boiler after that, proceed as follows.
Open the gas stopcock turning the knob located underneath the
boiler anticlockwise to let in the gas.
