The tank (A6) is not correctly in place.

the spout (C6) until it flows out normally. If the
problem persists, make sure the water tank
(A16) is fully inserted.
Replace the filter or remove it as described in
the section "Water softener filter" (page 21).
Turn the froth adjustment dial (D1) to CLEAN.
Insert water spout as far as it will go.
