Solution
1.
Check if all fans are connected with the power distribution unit. Four internal
fans and one external fan.
2.
Be sure that no fans are blocked.
3.
Replace non turning internal fans.
4.
In case all internal fans are turning and the message remains, try to power
up the external fan by switching the connection of the external fan with one of
the internal fans on the power distribution unit. When this fan fails replace it
else replace the power distribution unit (see page 26).
