5. Click the Page Setup tab, and click the Paper Size menu.
6. Select PostScript Custom Page Size.
7. Enter the dimensions of the page, then click OK.
8. Click OK.
After you define a custom page size, you can use it from within an application without
having to redefine it each time you print.
