Chapter 3 Basic Operations — Switching on/off the projector
To set the date and time automatically, refer to "Setting the date and time automatically" ( x page 109).

Press as to select an item.
2)
Press qw to switch the setting.
3)
Press the <ENTER> button.
f Confirm the setting value and complete the initial setting.
When the administrator account setting screen is displayed
When the projector is switched on for the first time after purchase, as well as when the [PROJECTOR SETUP]
menu →[INITIALIZE] → [ALL USER DATA] is executed, the [ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT] screen is displayed
following the [INITIAL SETTING] screen after projection starts.
When the [PROJECTOR SETUP] menu → [INITIALIZE] → [NETWORK/E-MAIL] is executed, the
[ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT] screen is displayed after projection starts.
To use the network function of this projector, set the user name and password of the administrator account. You
can also set it later from the [NETWORK] menu → [ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT].
[PASSWORD POLICY]
Displays the policies about the password for the administrator account.

Press as to select [PASSWORD POLICY], and press the <ENTER> button.
f The [PASSWORD POLICY] screen is displayed.
f Pressing the <MENU> button can return to the [ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT] screen.
