For outdoor use only.
Read instructions before using the appliance. Failure to follow instructions could
result in death, serious bodily injury, and/or property loss.
Warning: accessible parts may be very hot. Keep young children away.
Do not move the appliance during use.
Turn off the gas supply at the gas bottle after use.
Any modification of the appliance, misuse, or failure to follow the instructions
may be dangerous and will invalidate your warranty. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
Retain these instructions for future reference.
Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check
the hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas
bottle.
For Flare-up control please refer to the 'OPERATION' section of this manual.

  • Page 6 Attach Drip Tray Left Bracket (B8) to the left legs using ST4.0x10 Screws (D1x2pcs) as shown. Repeat above process for Drip Tray Right Bracket (B9). NOTE: Please Ignore Holes at Base of Front Panel (C12). No Screws are Required. Install Front Panel (C12) between left / right front legs using ST4.0x10 Screws (D1x4pcs).
  • Page 7 Remove the retaining bolts from Storage Box Handle (C10), and then attach it onto Storage Box (C11) using the retaining bolts. Install the storage box assembly between left / right front legs using M4 Step Bolts (D3x4pcs).
  • Page 8 Attach the Upper Support (C9) to the front legs using M6x15 Bolts (D4x4pcs). Carefully place the Barbecue Body (B1) onto the cabinet structure and fix it using M6x15 Bolts (D4x4pcs) as shown.

  • Page 10 Side burner Valve Attach the side burner valve and Knob Bezel (C4) onto side burner shelf using M4x10 Bolts (D2x2pcs) as shown. Press the Side Burner Knob (C5) onto side burner valve stem.  Feed the venturi tube of the Side Burner (C6) through the hole in bottom of the side burner shelf, and fix it onto side burner shelf using a M4x10 Bolt (D2) as shown.
  • Page 11 Electrode wire Connect the side burner electrode wire to the Ignitor on the side burner valve. WARNING: BEFORE OPERATION, ENSURE ELECTRODE WIRE CONNECTED TO IGNITOR. IF THE CIRCUIT IS NOT COMPLETED, THE IGNITOR WILL NOT SPARK! Attach Side Shelf Panel (C8) onto Side Shelf (C7) using M6x15 Bolts (D4x2pcs) and M6 Nuts (D6x2pcs).

  • Page 13 Lay the Flame Tamers (B6) carefully into the body ensuring it lies level within the body. Lay the Cooking Grills (B7) into place. Place the Side Burner Grid (C3) onto the side burner shelf. NOTE: Make sure the base of cooking utensil to put on the side burner is larger than 150mm and smaller than 240mm.
