Do not move the appliance during use.
Turn off the gas supply at the gas bottle after use.
Any modification of the appliance, misuse, or failure to follow the instructions
may be dangerous and will invalidate your warranty. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
Retain these instructions for future reference.
Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check
the hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas
bottle.
For Flare-up control please refer to the 'OPERATION' section of this manual.

  • Page 6 Assembly IMPORTANT! TOOLS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY: Medium size flat blade or Phillips/Crosspoint screwdriver,  adjustable spanner or metric spanner set.   • Page 7  Meteor 4S users skip this step and proceed directly to Step 4. Unscrew retaining bolts and retaining nuts from the Balance Weight (C16), then attach the balance weight to the bottom panel using the bolts and nuts as shown.
  • Page 8 Carefully turn the assembled cabinet right side up. Attach the Drip Tray Left Bracket (B8) to the Left legs using ST4.0x10 Screws (D3x2pcs) as shown. Repeat above process for the Drip Tray Right Bracket (B9). Attach the Upper Support (C11) to the front legs using M6x15 Bolts (D2x4pcs).
  • Page 9 Unscrew the retaining bolts from one Door Handle (C12), then attach the door handle onto the Left Door (C13) using the retaining bolts as shown. Repeat above process to install the other door handle onto the Right Door (C14). Fit the doors to the cabinet by depressing the spring pins and placing into the cabinet.
  • Page 10 Carefully place the Barbecue Body (B1) onto the the cabinet structure and fix it using M6x15 Bolts (D2x4pcs) as shown. Attach Side Shelf Panel (C8) onto Side Shelf (C7) using M6x15 Bolts (D2x2pcs) and M6 Nut (D4x2pcs) as shown.
  • Page 11 step1 step2 step4 step3 Attach the side shelf assembly to the barbecue body using ST4.0x10 Screw (D3x2pcs) and M6x15 Bolts (D2x4pcs) as shown. Attach Side Burner Shelf Panel (C2) onto Side Burner Shelf (C1) using M6x15 Bolts (D2x2pcs) and M6 Nut (D4x2pcs) as shown.
  • Page 12 step1 step2 step3 step4 Attach the side burner shelf assembly to the barbecue body using ST4.0x10 Screw (D3x2pcs) and M6x15 Bolts (D2x4pcs) as shown. Side burner Valve Attach the side burner valve and Knob Bezel (C4) onto side burner shelf using M4x10 Bolts (D5x2pcs) as shown.
  • Page 13   Feed the venturi tube of the Side Burner (C6) through the hole in bottom of the side burner shelf, and fix it onto side burner shelf using a M4x10 Bolt (D5) as shown. Make sure that the end of venturi tube is set over the gas outlet of side burner valve. Electrode wire Connect the side burner electrode wire to the ignitor on side burner valve.
  • Page 14 Place the Side Burner Grid (C3) onto the side burner shelf. NOTE: Make sure the base of cooking utensil to put on the side burner is larger than 150mm and smaller than 240mm. Unscrew retaining bolts from Drip Tray Handle (B11), and fix the drip tray handle onto Drip Tray (B10) using the retaining bolts.
