Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check that
the hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas bottle.

  • Page 5 Assembly IMPORTANT! • TOOLS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY: Medium size flat blade or Phillips/Crosspoint screwdriver, adjustable spanner or metric spanner set. • Remove any internal component or packaging from the barbecue body. • Whilst every care is taken in the manufacture of this product, care must be taken during assembly in case sharp edges are present.
  • Page 6 Attach the left / right cabinet panel assembly to the Bottom Panel (C21) using M6x40 Bolts (D5x8pcs) and M6 Nuts (D6x8pcs), ST4.0x10 Screw (D1x6pcs) as shown. Carefully turn the cabinet upside-down. Attach the Casters (C27x2pcs) into the rear legs and the Lockable Casters (C26x2pcs) into the Front legs.
  • Page 7 Attach the Wheel Skirt (C23, C24, C25) to the bottom panel using M4x10 Bolts (D2x7pcs) and M4 Nuts (D3x7pcs) as shown, Then fix the left / right wheel skirts onto the front wheel skirt using ST4.0x10 Screw (D1x2pcs) as shown. Unscrew the retaining bolts and retaining nuts from the Balance Weight (C22).
  • Page 8 Front Side Hole for assembling drip tray bracket Hole for assembling Ignition box Rear Side Carefully turn the assembled cabinet right side up. Attach Drip Tray Left Bracket (B10) to the right legs using ST4.0x10 Screws (D1x2pcs) as shown. Repeat above process for Drip Tray Right Bracket (B11). Fix the Electronic Ignition Assembly (C13) and Heat Shield (C14) to the front left leg by inserting two ST4.0x10 Screws (D1x2pcs) through the electronic ignition assembly and heat shield and screwing into the front left leg.
  • Page 9 Attach the Upper Body Support (C15) to the front legs using M6x15 Bolts (D4x4pcs). Attach the Door Handle (C16) onto the Left Door (C17) using M6x15 Bolts (D4x2pcs). Repeat above process for Right Door (C18).
  • Page 10 Fit the door to the cabinet by depressing the spring pins and placing into the cabinet. Attach the Basket (C19) onto the right door as shown. Carefully place the Barbecue Body (B1) onto the cabinet structure and fix using M6x40 Bolts (D5x8pcs) as shown.
  • Page 11 Remove the retaining bolts from Side Shelf Panel (C4), and then attach it onto Side Shelf (C3) using the retaining bolts. Attach the side shelf assembly to the barbecue body using ST4.0x10 Screw (D1x2pcs) and M6x15 Bolts (D4x4pcs) as shown.
  • Page 12 Remove the retaining bolts from Side Burner Shelf Panel (C2), and then attach it onto Side Burner Shelf (C1) using the retaining bolts. Attach the side burner shelf assembly to the barbecue body using ST4.0x10 Screw (D1x2pcs) and M6x15 Bolts (D4x4pcs) as shown.
  • Page 13 Attach the side burner valve and Knob Bezel (C6) onto side burner shelf using M4x10 Bolts (D2x2pcs) as shown. Press the Side Burner Knob (C7) onto side burner valve stem. Feed the Sear Burner (C8) through the hole in bottom of the side burner shelf, and fix side it onto Axle Spring Pin (D7) as shown.

Insert the electronic ignition battery (not supplied) into the battery compartment, ensuring the battery is correctly installed according to the (+) (-) markings. Insert the Drip Tray (B12) by sliding it underneath the barbecue body.
  • Page 15 Remove the plastic wrap from the Lava Rock (B6) and then distribute the Lava Rock evenly in the Basket (B7). Lay the lava rock carefully into the body ensuring it lies level within the body. Lay the cooking grill (B8) and griddle (B9) into place. NOTE: Ensure that the lava rock lies directly underneath the grill.
