Section 2: Performance verification
Zero verify the DMM6500:
1. On the calibrator, select the OPR/STBY key. Make sure that the front panel displays STANDBY.
2. Set the ranges to 100 mA.
3. Verify the DMM6500 zero reading for each range.
4. Source dc current from the following table. For each setting, be sure that the reading is within
stated limits.
5. Repeat these steps for the 1 A and 3 A ranges.
