    2.1 Scope of this manual This manual provides installation, operation and maintenance instructions for the XDS35i, XDS35iC, XDS35iE, and XDS35iCE scroll pumps. The pump must be used as specified in this manual. Read this manual before installing and operating the pump.

    The compressed gas enters the exhaust port near the centre of the stationary scroll and is exhausted from the pump through the outlet.
