LUBRICATING PIVOTING JOINTS

Pivot joints must be lubricated at intervals specified in the periodic maintenance and lubrication chart. Hight quality heavy duty grease
must be used for long life of components. Extreme pressure and water resistant grease is recommended.
This G 200 ATV has multipliable grease nipples located in front and rear of the ATV.

Steering Shaft
Pivoting Arms
Upper & Lower Pivoting Arm Ball Joints
Tie Rod Ball Joints
Rear Swing Arm

For lubricating grease nipple, use an automotive grease gun.
