2. Select the connection method for the printer, and then click Next.

If Install Software is displayed, select Set up Printer connection again (for new network router or changing USB to
network, etc.) and then click Next.

Make the necessary settings for an email server or shared folder when using the email notification and shared
folder printing functions.

Configuring a Mail Server

Set the mail server from Web Config.
Check below before setting up.
❏ The printer is connected to the network that can access the mail server.
❏ Email setting information of the computer that uses the same mail server as the printer.
