Set Weight and Age – Set your weight for a more accurate calorie calculation.
Also, set your age for heart rate calculations. Adjust your weight using
move between digits, and the ▲/▼ buttons to make adjustments. Set age
using the same method. When finished, press enter.
6.
Select your constant target heart rate by pressing the ▲/▼ buttons until the
desired heart rate is selected. When done press enter.
7.
Press Start to begin workout.
