Copying

Partial Copy

Copies only a specified portion of the
original.
Reference
You can specify the start position

(Y1) and the end position (Y2). See
p.130 "Partial Copy Priority"

Press the
Copy} key.
B
Press the [Partial Copy] key.
C
Press the [Y2] key, and then enter
the scan end position with the
number keys.

Note
❒ To change the value entered,
press the {Clear/Stop} key and
enter the new value.
❒ The minimum length for Partial
Copy is 210mm (8.3") (250mm
(9.8") for paper roll 3). Enter a
value for Y2-Y1> that specifies a
length of at least 210mm (8.3")
(250mm (9.8") for paper roll 3).
❒ If the length specified by [Y2]
and [Y1] is less than 210mm, the
machine adjusts the start posi-
tion based on the last number
you entered.

Press the [Y1] key, and then enter
the scan start position.
E
Press the [OK] key.
F
Make your desired settings.
