Make the settings for the copy job
you want to preset.
Note
❒ To cancel a setting while mak-
ing the preset settings, press the
{Clear Modes/Energy Saver} or
[Delete] key.

Place the originals. The machine
scans the originals.
When copying has finished, the
preset job start automatically.
Note
❒ If you press the [Job list] key,
you can check the settings and
preset conditions. The [Exit] key
the current copy job is dis-
played on the screen.
Deleting a Job Preset
Limitation
❒ You cannot the Job Preset set-
tings while it is being copied.
A Press the [Job list] key.
The Job list is displayed on the
screen.
B Select the number for the job
you want to delete.
Note
❒ If the number of the Job Pre-
set you want to delete is not
displayed, press the [U U U U Prev.]
[T T T T Next] keys to display it.
C Press the [Delete] key.

D Press the [OK] key.
Note
❒ To cancel the deletion, press
the [No] key.
