The following figure shows the peripherals when the FX5-SSC-G is used.

Using the table below, refer to the manual that is appropriate for the input signal to be used.

• External command signal/swtiching signal
• Forced stop input signal
• Manual pulse generator input signal
• Incremental synchronous encoder input signal
The Motion module cannot be used together with safety extension modules when the firmware version of the
Motion module is Ver. "1.000". When using with safety extension modules together, connect the Motion
module with the firmware version "1.000" or later. There are restrictions by the version when using together
with the following intelligent function modules other than safety extension modules and the Motion modules.
FX5-20PG-P ("1.011" or later)
FX5-20PG-D ("1.011" or later)
FX5-CCLGN-MS ("1.002" or later)
FX5-DP-M ("1.001" or later)
