WHEN LAYING A NEW PIECE OF GRASS OR GRASS SEEDS
•
Connect the roller behind the towing vehicle, follow the correct connection and refill of
the implement if extra weight is needed.
•
Check the area to be leveled. Make sure that there are no stones protruding from the
work area. Clear the area of large stones or foreign objects.
•
Start pulling the roller across the ground in long straight rows.
•
Check that the ground is level. Some areas may need to be done in a few rounds.
•
Continue to pull the roller over the area until the surface is smooth and even.
•
Lay the turf or seeds over the area.
•
Pull the roller over the newly laid peat / seeds to help the grass roots or seeds get good
contact with the soil.
•
Keep the area well watered until the peat or seeds grow well.
WHEN EVENING THE LAWN
•
Dig about 7-10 cm around the bulging area or hole. Pull off the grass and fill the hole with
soil at the same level as the lawn. Place the grass back.
•
Pull the roller over the area until it is smooth and even with adjacent grass. If the area does
not appear to be even, try watering and then pull the roller over the area again. Do the
same procedure on each bump.
RECYCLING
When recycling, the maschine must be dismantled and transported to the intended place of
the municipality. Contact your municipality for further information.
