Besides checking the hydraulic oil level, other maintenance operations should be done:
a) Visual, periodic review of possible oil leaks.
b) Visual, periodic review of the hydraulic hoses, checking for possible points of wear.
When a hydraulic hose is broken, or oil leaks are detected, the mixer must be automatically stopped, and
must be checked by an specialist, as if the loss of hydraulic oil is , since if the level of the hydraulic oil tank is
lowered excessively, overheating may occur, which would cause irreversible damage to the hydraulic
components.
Any intervention on the hydraulic circuit must be carried out solely and exclusively by

any bulb as well as any other elements that have been damaged while the machine has being used.
Scale
In order to be sure the scale works correctly, keep the following recommendations in mind:
1. Avoid knocks to the screen and the cells. Rough hits to the wheels when travelling on roads in poor
conditions can cause the weight cells to deteriorate, causing a defective weight reading.
2. Do not allow water to enter the inside of the screen of the scale or the junction box.
3. Periodically check and assure that the weight indicated by the scale is correct.
4. When any error is observed in the weight, the following should be checked:
a)
the cables make good contact, and they have no cuts that may provoke poor connection.
b)
That the bolts and the load cells clamps are not broken or bent, causing contact between the tub
and the chassis.
c)
That the weight cells have not suffered deformations due to rough hits.
5. Do not manipulate the junction box or the weight cells.
