OPERATION AND USE OF THE BEATERS

The beaters are located on the inside of the tub on the right side of the mixer.
The beaters are activated using the distributor indicated in section 2.5.
Before starting the mix, make sure that beaters are activated so that the beaters are operated according to
the previous figure in order to guarantee the correct circulation of the different ingredients.
3.4.

PREPARATION OF THE MIX

The main element in the preparation of the mixed product is the auger. It's purpose is to mix and chop the
ingredients, and continuously move it avoiding the accumulation on the rear of the tub. The ingredients
inside the tub goes to the middle, thanks to the action of the auger, and is sent forward and backward
thanks to the action of the beaters. Ingredients make an "8 figure" inside the tub, making a more
homogeneous mixed product.
