With this test we want to check the correct flowing of the product inside the tub, we want to practise the correct
order when loading ingredients, and to be sure the operator understands the way the system works.
Maximum load test
When the medium load test is finished, and before unloading the mixer, we can load the mixer to its full
capacity. In order to do this, is necessary you tighten the nuts of the tires.
Failure to perform the above operations may cause machine mismatches that result
in machine malfunction. Faults caused by the aforementioned mismatches will not be
covered by the warranty.
Once the load tests are finished, the general condition of the machine should be checked

ACCESS TO THE TUB
In order to access to the tub, in order to make cleaning or maintenance operations, take into account the
following recommendation:
Under no circumstances access the inside of the tub while the machine is running. In
case of performing maintenance or repairs, access to the tub will be carried out
exclusively by experienced personnel, with the machine stopped and with the tractor
key held by the person accessing it.
3.9.
PROLONGED MIXER STOP
In case of a prolonged mixer stop:
1.
Park the mixer on a flat ground, far from drainage channels, trenches, furrows, banks or ditches,
where the transit of people and other vehicles is not blocked.
2.
Check that there is no running service, like the auger, the conveyor, etc.
3.
Stop the tractor and remove the keys. When parking, bear the following in mind:
While performing any operation on the mixer, the operator will have the keys of
the tractor in his possession.
4.
Use the chocks or parking brake.
5.
Remove the mixer controls from the tractor cabin and place them in the holders located in the
mixer.
6.
Remove the electric, hydraulic, and braking connections (see section 2.10).
7.
Disconnect the tractor side of the PTO shaft.
Lower the mixer's front jack to the ground till the mixer be easily unhooked from the tractor.

Unhook the mixer from the tractor.
