Handle the mixer and tractor hook ups with heavy duty work gloves.
To restart the mixer, the safety steps and recommendations indicated in section 3.1 of this instruction manual
must be followed.

4. MIXER MAINTENANCE

4.1. GENERAL MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

All maintenance operations should be performed with the machine turned off and with the tractor's ignition
key in the possession of the personnel performing the maintenance.
Do not forget to replace all the protections removed during the cleaning, or repair.
If you perceive any type of vibration, resistance to movement, or noise is perceived when starting up the
mixer; stop it and look for the cause that is not allowing the correct operation. If the cause of the problem is
not found, the mixer should be inspected by a specialized technician.
By performing the maintenance operations in the following tables at the indicated times, the machine user
will:
assure that the machine operates in perfect conditions.

extend the machine's working life.

avoid prolonged shutdowns and unnecessary repairs, and consequently the loss of time and money.

4.2. MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS

Maintenance operations to be performed by the machine user:

Check levels (See Section 4.2)
Check hydraulic oil level
Check auger reductor oil level
Check beaters reductor oil level
Check multiplicator oil level
Grease (See Section 4.4)
Grease the points indicated See Figures 4.11 and 4.12.
Filters (See Section 4.4)
Check clogging in hydraulic circuit filter
Wheels and tyres (See Section 4.5)
Check tyre pressure
