MT HORIZONTAL MIXER WAGONS
If the mixer has a battery kit option, the scales will be connected to it, and not to the tractor, so it will work all
the time. This will allow to load the mixer without the need the mixer be hitched to the tractor.
In order the scales work correctly, please consider the following recommendations:
• Make sure the battery is well charged and correctly connected to the scales. Cables should not be
taught, pulled or have any cuts or folds, that could eventually cause them to break. The voltage
should not vary more than ± 1 volt.
• Avoid hitting of spilling liquids on the screen.
• Reduce speed when driving on roads which are in bad condition with the machine loaded, as the
sensors could suffer deterioration, provoking defective weigh info.
• Never manipulate the weight cells. This should be done by specialized technicians.
• To check the weight of the silage loaded into the tub when using the silo cutter mixers, follow the
following recommendations:
o
Lift the rear telescopic door.
o
Lift the silo cutter so that it does not make contact with the silage or the ground
respectively.
o
Check the weight of the product loaded, shown on the screen.

The rear loading door is equipped with a protective screen, that allows to check the product during the
mixing process. The rear loading door is only installed in the basic model mixers.
To open the door, pull the handle (T), and simultaneously lower the door (the handle may be located in
the center of the door). Once the correctors are loaded, use the handle (T) to close the door in order to
