If your vehicle is registered outside of the country where it was purchased and
you have not followed the procedure set above, your vehicle will no longer be
eligible for warranty or service bulletin coverage of any kind, other than safety
bulletins. Vehicles registered to government officials or military personnel on
assignment outside of the country where the vehicle was purchased will
continue to be covered by the Limited Warranty.
Please work with your dealer to resolve any warranty issues. Should your dealer
require any additional assistance, they will contact the appropriate person at
POLARIS.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state or in different countries. If any of the above terms
are void because of federal, state or local law, all other warranty terms will
remain in effect.

VEHICLE NOISE REGULATION
Tampering with noise control systems is prohibited. Federal law prohibits the
following acts or causing thereof:
• The removal or rendering inoperative by any person, other than for the
purposes of maintenance, repair or replacement of any device or element of
design incorporated into any new vehicle for the purpose of noise control prior
to its sale or delivery to the ultimate purchaser or while it is in use, or
• The use of the vehicle after such device or element of design has been
removed or rendered inoperative by any person.
Among those acts presumed to constitute tampering are:
• Removal or puncturing of the muffler, baffles, header pipes or any other
component which conducts exhaust gasses.
• Removal or puncturing of any part of the intake system.
• Lack of proper maintenance.
• Replacing any moving part of the vehicle, or parts of the exhaust system or
intake system, with parts other than those specified by the manufacturer.
This product should be checked for repair or replacement if the vehicle noise
has increased significantly through use. Otherwise, the owner may become
subject to penalties under state and local ordinances.
