tighten the 4 bolts.

To replace the recoil spring, the thrust
spring and the teeth of the recoil
1. Remove the 4 screws (A).

2. Remove the starter assembly (B).
3. Remove the bolt (C).
4. Remove and discard the recoil spring (D).
5. Remove the washer (E).
6. Remove and discard the thrust spring (F).
7. Remove and discard the 2 teeth of the recoil (G).
8. Remove the 4 screws (H) and the starter housing (I).
9. Use diesel fuel to clean the parts in the assembly.
10. Install the assembly in the opposite sequence.

Attach the lifting equipment at the lifting point of the
safety frame. A label on the product identifies the
correct position.
